Master bedroom is designed in minimalist style with a beautiful headboard and a comfortable looking bed. Bedroom floor is covered with a neutral color carpet. Attached bath is designed with wood panels and black granite. Transparent open shelves in glass display toiletries. Guest bedroom opens in a balcony. It is also designed in simple minimalist style. The entire apartment has a feel of youthful energy. It looks a typical bachelor’s abode without any feminine touch. It reflects bachelor lifestyle carefree, not too organized, lots of work out, cocktail parties, full of fun and wild socializing.

MAFF Apartment designed by the Queeste Architecten is a stylish tiny little space suitable for business and weekend visitors. Queeste Architecten have done a wonderful job designing the space of 30 sq meters. The attic of an old historic mansion is converted into a luxurious bed and breakfast lodge. The apartment has separate independent access with intercom facility through a communal staircase. The apartment is designed with all the comforts of contemporary lodging including bed for two, dining area for 4, ample storage space, a small living area and a modern bathroom with shower. In spite of it, it has the feeling of spaciousness and its own distinct identity.

There is a central open space and a small garret window at the rear of the room. View to the courtyard below is available from this window. Bathroom, storage cabinets and wash basin are also located at the rear end of the room. The kitchen is centrally located in between the front end and the rear end. It can be seen directly from the entrance door. The roof has a beautiful pyramid shape with big skylight windows in front of the kitchen counter. It is the source of ample natural light. A continuous sofa encircles the dining table and continues further encircling the bed. The round edges and the orangish red colored seats of the sofa give an attractive look to the room. Epoxy floor and walls and cabinets painted in white give peaceful and relaxing feel. Other facilities include free parking and free Wi-Fi access.

Earlier maisonette lofts were favorite among the artists. Lofts have large spaces with high ceilings that can be utilized to live and work. Now affluent people also prefer to live in lofts, as living in loft reflects their lifestyle. The maisonette loft featured here is owned by a bachelor, who wanted to convert it into his home. The architects have retained the exposed brick walls and beams of original manufacturing unit. The large space is divided using translucent acrylic partitions. Fir wood flooring, cabinets and painted cast iron columns are also used to define individual spaces like living area, dining area, bedroom etc. Entire space on upper level is covered by a guardrail made of bronze pipes covered in leather and ribbed glass. Reflections of light through acrylic partitions and ribbed glass look very attractive,

Living area has a fireplace with polished river rocks. Fireplace wall painted in dark grey, is used as accent wall. It is decorated with two wall arts that reflect each other. The living room is designed with a neutral color sofa, two chairs with white furnishings, a floor lamp with white opaque shade and a rust colored center table. Black rug highlights living room furniture. Stylish and elegant staircase leading to the media room is another attraction of the loft design. The railing covering floating stairs is similar to the guardrail. A series of lights fixed along the stairs creates dynamic ambiance. Space below the staircase is used as lower hall. Dark green couch placed below the staircase is a perfect place for relaxing or reading. Media room is designed using dove grey pallet. Grey sofa, couch and rugs are illuminated by recessed lighting. Master dressing suite and master bath are designed in equally stylish manner. Placement of wall size mirror in master dressing room makes the room look spacious. Lighting by the side of the mirror is perfect for faultless dressing. SPG architects have done wonderful job renovating this loft.

Guilherme Torres is a talented young architect. His designs are versatile and experimental. His house designs have rustic element, commercial projects are done in absolute white and his furniture line is colorful. Guilherme Torres chose to design this studio apartment in Brutalist style as the building had problems in electricity mains and wiring. Seepage through wall cracks was another problem.

Guilherme Torres designed the studio apartment for his own use. He removed all the wall coatings from the living room walls and built a brick table and a couch. He uses the table to work as well as to eat. Wall to wall couch has two black mattresses and lots of colorful cushions. The cushion covers are designed by the stylist Adriana Barra. Living room design of the studio apartment looks artistic with rustic, timeless feel. The chair designed in geometric shape, wall paining, thick soft rug in front of the couch, chandelier, ceiling fan, small wood cabinet every object in this room is exclusively designed and artistic in looks and feel.

The bedroom of studio apartment has exposed brick work and shuttered window. Electric wiring pipes and main are visible above the bed. Bed is simple with white and Grey color combination. Bright red rack next to the bed and yellow lamp shade on side table are used as accent. A narrow strip in front of the bedroom is used as dressing room that leads to the bathroom. The kitchen is done in a very narrow space. Ktchen floor is covered with rubber to avoid stains. Kitchen counter has a stainless steel sink and stainless steel drawers. Kitchen walls are done in Arabic mosaic style. They look very elegant and pretty.

The studio apartment looks modern avant garde. It is designed using simple materials in an artistic manner.

The condominium featured here is a 5,000 sq. feet living space with an amazing view. The interior design of this condo apartment is done by Joe Serrins Studio. Interiors are done in contemporary style. In this part of the world, marble, gold and velvet are used lavishly to furnish a luxurious apartment. This apartment is furnished using simple furnishings and fabrics in a sophisticated and elegant manner. Ceilings and walls in every room are crafted skillfully. Craftsmanship blends well with the rest of the interiors in the room.

Living room has one entire wall of glass that gives amazing view of the sky and the sea below. The apartment is so high that you get the feelings as if you are floating among the clouds. Living room interiors are done in black and white, mostly. Sofas and chairs upholstery is very light shades of grey and purple. White tiled center table on black rug give amazing effect. Living room walls are decorated with the wall paintings of trees and flowers.

The apartment has a huge open balcony with a view of sea. Blue colored tiles of the balcony harmonize well with the sea. The balcony has multiple sofas and chairs with stuffed cushions. Different shades of purple and mustard yellow color are used for the cushions. They blend well with the colors of the sky.

Dining room of the apartment is equally fabulous. Oval shaped wood dining table is surrounded by the metal framed dining chairs. Light peach fabric is used for the dining chairs. It has vaulted ceiling with special lights. The dining table has matching candle stands as decorative pieces. One wall designed in blue with a wall decor is used as an accent.

Bedrooms are done in minimalist style. Master bedroom has dark brown back wall. Ornate side lamps and wall lampshade make the room look artistic. White and dark brown are the main colors used in bedroom design. You will find small dollops of sky blue here and there. Attached bath is designed using a mirrored wall. This makes the bathroom look bigger. It has a wash basin fixed on a long counter, towel rack and shower cubicle. Entire apartment is designed in an artistic manner using simple materials. The color pallet, lighting and placement of decorative objects make it look very elegant.
