This property is the hard work of Steven Lawson who is a known name in developing beach side property which blends with the New Zealand’s beaches. This hot water beach house situated on the east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula is a single storey property. The two panels which are designed are linked by a stained glass entry which helps in protecting the main gardens beauty from the sea winds. The rooms like the main master bedroom and living areas are stretched out along the beach frontage and it opens out into a generous verandah. The entire house has a cedar cladding which could be found as inside as well as outside. Apart from the cedar there are also oak floors and dark timber kitchen which makes the interior cozy. Lots of wood is used to design furniture and floorings.
