The apartment has a modernist exterior consisting of curved and cantilevered balconies whereas the interior is ultra sleek and very contemporary. There is a custom built curved wall which tapers towards the entrance, floor to ceiling frameless glass doors and 2.7 metres nominal ceilings. The tower itself is one of the most iconic structures in Brisbane due its very striking and innovative exterior of upper residential floors with compositely stacked balconies which give an curvilinear appearance. The cantilevered balconies curve in and out beyond each apartment which leaves an open sky overhead. The house design gets little inspiration from Asia. The house looks very lighted and airy even though most of the rooms have bamboo floorings of dark colors. There is a lot of use of artificial lights but it does not appear to be artificial because it has been blended well with the natural light which too is in abundance.
